Here at mptech we offer a range of appendage ion pumps primarily used in the electronic vacuum tube industry, fully manufactured in-house. Robust proven penning cell design with absolute pressure 10E-11mbar from starting pressure 10E-3mbar. Optional magnet pole-piece and range of customer interfaces.
